Fuel
Untracked consumption, siphoning, dubious refuels and engines left idling.
Fleet tracking and management
Cut operating costs, keep your drivers safe and run every vehicle in real time: fuel, driving, zones, maintenance and reports, on a platform dedicated to your company.
Without visibility on the vehicles, a large share of spending escapes management’s control.
Untracked consumption, siphoning, dubious refuels and engines left idling.
Speeding, harsh driving and fatigue: accidents, wear and claims.
Unauthorised trips, evening and weekend use, under-used vehicles.
Reactive repairs, unexpected breakdowns and costly downtime.
How it works
Fitted discreetly in the vehicle, it sends position, speed, engine data and fuel. Where there is no network, it keeps everything in memory.
Your teams track, analyse and receive alerts on computer and phone, on a platform dedicated to your company.
Installation, team training and technical support from Lomé, close to your operations.
One platform, in your colours, for dispatchers, management and the field.
Live tracking
See where every vehicle is, what it is doing and who is driving. The map updates with every position received.
Fuel
Fuel is often a fleet’s largest expense. Enclav makes it measurable, vehicle by vehicle.
Drivers
An iButton key or RFID badge identifies the driver: you know who drove what, when, and how.
Zones and alerts
Draw your sites and routes, choose what deserves an alert: Enclav warns the right people at the right time.
History and reports
Replay any trip with its stops and alerts. Around twenty reports analyse activity and land in your inbox on their own.
Maintenance
The mileage read by the device triggers servicing: no more forgotten oil changes or avoidable breakdowns.
Management
The dashboard gives the key figures at a glance. Every Monday, a summary written by artificial intelligence comments on the past week and suggests actions.
A busy but controlled week: 2,840 km driven (+9%), with two points to watch on tanker driving.
Tanker 03: 3 speeding events on the RN2, up to 104 km/h.
Tanker 01: 4 h 42 of driving without a break on Wednesday.
Service 23: tracker silent for 2 days, power cut.
Remind tanker drivers of the 90 km/h limit.
Security and reliability
Silent, unplugged, under-powered or badly placed devices: spotted before a vehicle disappears from the map.
Instant alert if the tracker is unplugged or a GPS jammer is used.
A code on the phone on top of the password, which can be required for every account.
Everyone sees only their vehicles and modules; every action is logged. In private mode, no data leaves your network.
Who is it for?
Hauliers, distributors, construction sites or service fleets: Enclav adapts to your vehicles and your priorities.
Tankers tracked from depot to station: set routes, unauthorised stops, tank level and night driving.
Planned deliveries, arrivals detected automatically, delays flagged and proof of visit for your customers.
Engine hours, machine use on site, servicing at the right time and an alert on suspicious movement.
Company and field vehicles: use outside service hours, mileage and costs per vehicle.
Buses and minibuses: speed, driving time, breaks and punctuality on every trip.
Where every rented vehicle is, allowed zones, remote immobilisation (with a relay fitted) and the real mileage on return.
On mobile
On Android and iPhone, from the browser, without an app store.
Speeding, fuel, zones: on the manager’s phone.
Position, driver, fuel and history, from the field.
Less theft, idling and needless trips.
Safer driving, monitored and corrected.
Preventive maintenance, fewer breakdowns.
Vehicles better assigned and more available.

Trucks, tankers, vans, service vehicles, construction equipment and motorbikes. The devices connect to the vehicle’s power and can read the engine data (CAN bus) of heavy vehicles.
Mainly Teltonika devices, a market reference, compatible with CAN reading, iButton and RFID driver keys, fuel probes and cameras. The platform also supports most other tracker brands.
The device stores positions in memory and sends them as soon as the network is back: the trip stays complete in the history.
Each company has its own platform, on our servers or on yours. In private mode, no data leaves your network.
In the app, as notifications on phone and computer, by email, by SMS (including through a local operator) or by WhatsApp. You choose who is warned, for which vehicles and at which priority.
A pilot on a few vehicles can start soon after the audit. The full rollout depends on the size of your fleet; we train your teams at every step.
The price depends on the number of vehicles, the modules and the hardware. Contact us for a quote: the pilot project lets you measure the gains before committing.
A 30-minute demo, then a pilot on a few vehicles to measure the gains on your own fleet.
